Daniel Brudney

Philosophy

Daniel Brudney is Florin Harrison Pugh Professor in the Department of Philosophy and the College. He is also associate faculty in the MacLean Center for Clinical Medial Ethics and in the Divinity School.

Professor Brudney writes and teaches in political philosophy, philosophy and literature, bioethics, and philosophy of religion.

He is the author of Marx’s Attempt to Leave Philosophy and numerous articles and book chapters. Brudney received the 2014 Llewellyn John and Harriet Manchester Quantrell Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Education.
