Claudia Flores

Claudia Flores is Associate Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the International Human Rights Clinic at the University of Chicago Law School.

Prior to joining the clinical faculty, Flores was a partner in the civil rights practice of Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd., where she litigated class actions and individual plaintiff cases enforcing civil rights, constitutional law, and labor and employment protections. Flores served as a United Nations legal advisor to the governments of East Timor and Zimbabwe on constitutional and legislative reforms to increase legal protections for human rights and civil liberties.
