A chronicle of the filmmaker’s return to Chile 23 years after he was exiled, Memoria Obstinada (Obstinate Memory) reflects on the impact of another film by Patrico Guzman, his internationally renowned documentary La Batalla de Chile (The Battle for Chile) which was banned in his home country.
