The Human Rights Program, with the Center for Latin American Studies, announces the 2014 Ignacio Martín-Baró Human Rights Essay Competition. The Human Rights Program will award three prizes in the amount of $250 each for the best essays in the field of human rights. Essay submissions are due by noon (12pm CST) on Tuesday, April 8, 2014.
