Rochelle Terman is Assistant Professor of Political Science. Her research focuses on international norms, gender, and advocacy, with a focus on the Muslim world.
Professor Terman’s book, The Geopolitics of Shaming: When Human Rights Pressure Works—and When It Backfires, was published this year with Princeton University Press..
She earned her PhD from the University of California, Berkeley and a BA from the University of Chicago, where she was the recipient of a Human Rights Internship and the Dr. Aizik Wolf Post-Baccalaureate Fellowship in Human Rights.
