Join a human rights research team!
The Pozen Center's Global Human Rights Lab, in partnership with the Law School's Global Human Rights Clinic, is seeking qualified 3rd- and 4th-year students willing to spend 8 to 10 hours per week gathering data on human rights violations for use by the United Nations and other global partners.
Students are invited to join two projects:
- Supporting the UN Special Rapporteur on Extrajudicial, Summary, or Arbitrary Executions
- Documenting Civilian Casualties in Armed Conflict
This October 4 info session, led by Anjli Parrin, the director of the Global Human Rights Clinic, will explain these projects, the nature of the work undergraduates will contribute, and the application process.
More details on both projects are also available via the Global Human Rights Lab.
Applications are due October 13.
Register to receive the Zoom link to attend and the recording after the event.
Anjli Parrin is Assistant Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Global Human Rights Clinic at the University of Chicago School of Law
