Faculty Board member Kaushik Sunder Rajan recently curated an excellent conversation in The India Forum between Thomas Cousins, Sabina Leonelli, Michelle Pentecost, and himself, discussing epidemiological and political responses to COVID-19 and their implications for democracy. The participants seek to adopt a comparative perspective in order to think about the relationships between disease and democracy, focusing on developments over the past few months in Europe and South Africa.
